Irida’s Giraffe Museum is free to tour and is open Thursday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The museum is a house that was turned into a museum by a local resident. There are over 1,300 Giraffe figurines from all around the world.

You know what’s great about the valley lakes that provide urban fishing? Their proximity to anywhere you need to be. Need to drop the kids at Red Mountain high? Across the street is Red Mountain Lake. Wife need to do some shopping? Drop her off at AZ Mills Mall and head east about 3 miles on Baseline and get some Fishing done at Kiwanis Park.
